This dashboard was created using data from the U.S. Department of Labor Foreign Labor Certification Performance Data for the Labor Condition Application (LCA) program for 2022 and 2023. The LCA is a form that U.S. employers must file with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) before they can petition for certain types of nonimmigrant work visas, such as the H-1B visa.
How to use the dashboard
LCA data is used in a variety of contexts. One common use is for job seekers to find companies that have sponsored H-1B visas. While a company's inclusion in the dataset is not an indication that they will sponsor an H-1B in the future, it does provide job seekers with insight into companies that might be open to sponsorship and the types of roles they have sponsored for in the past. The dashboard also includes associated Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes and titles for each case, as this could be helpful for immigration case workers.
The dashboard includes a scrollable table with filters for each column. The table also has multiple pages that can be accessed by clicking the arrows in the bottom right corner. To access more rows, you can hover your mouse over the table and scroll. For a full list of the filter meanings, please see the bottom of this page, under the dashboard.
Note: For the best experience, please access the website on a large screen, such as a desktop.
